Hi BP ,I am looking at a property for buy and hold ( rental )on KC zip 64131, as per my research it seems there are few good and bad places in this ZIP.I am hoping if someone from the area could share any input on E 76th St and E 76th Terrace , exact address "7620 The Paseo, Kansas City, MO 64131", this is considered a C or D street and the expected rent from zip. 

I pitched a vacancy to the realtor marketing a new development across the street (for a hefty $225/mo!)

If you are not familiar with the neighborhoods, school districts and sometimes individual streets you can burned.  

And if you do get to the Secret Stash down there on Broad Street I will be m-o-s-t jealous - you lucky man!

Continue to do that until you have a feel for all the streets etc.  

Hi @Bryan Paul,To echo what @Upen Patel said, basically my entire office was dead wrong in our prediction for how Trump would impact rates on the morning following the election.To paraphrase a line from Wolf of Wall Street, "No one has any clue in the world where mortgage rates will go, least of all mortgage brokers."

I was just looking at a package of 3 homes for just under $100k - same street, design and condition (shells basically).

It was interesting seeing the various neighborhoods change from one street to the next.

There are a lot of you go adults that spend a lot of time on Main Street.

I had a place on Easy Street right by the hospital and one out by the high school as well before I moved out of state back in 2006 and sold them.
