I have a quick question for you all: Should you disclose a locked thermostat to guests?

That brings up the questions of is it different style than the surrounding houses, is that an issue or demand difference, etc.

Start with formulating your new layout around any existing plumbing sources, and then go through the same questions outlined above.  

There is a condo in Chicago that allows STR. If I were to buy it, would I have to apply for the license with the city, or is the license for the property and not the owner?
