You may find it useful to seek an unofficial preliminary meeting with the local powers-that-be to get a read on how much resistance there's likely to be with your development, as well as getting an early read on things they'll "suggest" to make necessary approvals more likely.

Where I live it used to be 30 days - and I didn't think that was enough time for folks living month to month to pull funds together to save up, look for a place, get a deposit and 1st mo's together etc... so I always gave at least 60. 

It also affects what our proceeds were for that year , so we likely have to file and amended return.Can there be an arguement of fraud in this type of situation 

Right now I think your best bet is to call your insurance and go through them.

We have equity lines on properties in the US so we could pull out some equity, but would prefer to finance as much as possible. 

Other one I did its just moving along fine no worrisome e mails no hints of cash calls superior communications etc etc.

I just still need power.
