The railing on the steps was loose and needed to be secure, the draining sprouts were draining right by the foundation of the house and needed to be replaced and the paint on the windows was peeling and bare wood was exposed.

Install when electric and drywall are done- pro- quick(ish) protection for appliances and other things that come after drywall and electriccons- The main issue with this is that the furnace, windows, plumbing, and anything else in there before the drywall and paint are both done becomes fair game and is unprotectedI also struggle with- do I leave it in or take it out the day of closing on the sale?
