Sometimes, the elected cause unintended consequences but I brought this up and the general feeling is it's better for all if they limit restrictions but in the end it will make it much harder for people on the edge which the elected are willing to trade off.

If it is not in an HOA, then you do not have the restrictions on who you rent to (HOA can reject someone from renting in their community).

This assumption may prove wrong for a number reasons.First, most WDs except restrictions, easements and current year taxes from the warranty so if a problem arises related to one of them it probably won't be covered by the warranty and there's no cause of action for a breach.
