They're all tied together, with Valassis handing urban markets and the east, Mspark handling "rural" markets and the Midwest, and Mailbox Merchant handling the West Coast, including its urban centers.I'm at Mspark, so each company will have a couple nuances specific to them, but if you wanted to run postcards, for example, you could do so to a blanket zip code, portions of zip codes, or even carrier routes, for $0.20 a mailbox.

Also would it be possible for my ownership in the TIC to be connected to debt, ie a commercial loan to cover the remaining balance for the property to be in my name, or would the purchase price, and % of ownership in the real estate have to be related to the cash that is used at the time of purchase.

I probably wouldn't try eviction, but I would put the tenant on notice that you will expect them to vacate within 30 days of the other two being released from jail.Can you imagine the mess you would be in if the remaining tenant decided to bail rather than pay rent on her own?
