I will keep my reasons for getting into RE in mind as my motivation..I was looking at REIA's and was hesitant about going because i'm not the most social person, but it does sound like an amazing source especially for new ppl in this industry..ty for your advice!

I have to disagree with @Henri Meli, if you firmly believe that a crash is coming and you still want to invest in RE, it might be the best to move cash in to commercial MFs.

Any decent RE attorney can draft this.

Spend the best few hundred bucks you have spent in years.....sit down with a local RE attorney familiar with foreclosures, with your list of questions/assumptions.

I would give the son your condolences and ask him if he would like you to re-rent the unit after he vacates the unit or if he would like to keep the unit until lease end.

I listened to a webinar recently about a man renting someone's place and then re-renting it on Airbnb and generating income off of that.

I'm not interested in turning them into this but the ability to absorb them into a single rental property has me a little curious if this could bring down the taxes from a multi town house to a more manageable figure.
