Zillow, Realtor, & Trulia are sometimes the only place I have to pull comps to roughly determine the market value of a home after renovations and what it will likely rent for.

I’d recommend joining some of the local real estate meet ups, getting on wholesaler lists and making sure you are ready to pull the trigger when you find a good deal.

@Evan Blade you can pull one off the net or BP file place BUT you should take it to a local real estate attorney.

If it is sufficiently high, it is time to start doing the real work for the project (actual quotes, pull permits, legal, drafting etc.).
