Is it safe to use a generic wholesale contract off the internet?

Hello BP. I’m new to Real Estate and am in Vancouver, Washington. Taking a generic contract off the internet scares me. I was wondering if someone might have a wholesale contract they could share with me? Help would be greatly appreciated.
