I love the ease of management as my multi families can sometimes be a pain and even my single families.

I am calling all niche strategists to understand your day-to-day activities, business structures and pain points that you experience in your profession.I am simply here to talk and hopefully wind up helping some folks by creating a product that will ease the pain mentioned above.Don't hesitate to jump in with ideas!

The good new is that I have experience as a lender doing conventional commercial construction deals and I am painfully aware of making sure the the GC is paid for work completed.  

One of the reasons CHicago is so backed up is that so many people pull permits.Is it expensive and a pain in the butt, yes.

Overall though, while GRT is a pain,  we have found NM is good place to do business in the rental market. 

Including utilities in the rent could be a pain down the road. 

That period between increased valuations and being able to increase rents is painful. 

I'm sure dealing with these small town halls is going to be a pain so I'm hoping someone can give me a hand.
