Should I say call the police and have them removed for trespassing?

Police report is expected by Tuesday.I've never done an eviction before. 

They spend more time criticizing the police than supporting them and trying to make the city safe.As far as the charts, keep in mind there could be people leaving Chicago for the suburbs.

A side-by-side duplex will be more pleasant to share with tenants and easier to rent than one over the other, pay close attention to the other surrounding properties, talk to the neighbors and local police etc, maybe visit on a Friday/Saturday night to see if there's any monkey business etc....... here's to your success!

I may be in the minority, but I don't think DFW is all that great of a market to invest.Dallas specifically has a huge shortage of police and there has been a huge spike in crime. 

Regarding Callow, or any neighborhood, I’d get in contact with the police or fire department for the most informed and current idea of neighborhood crime.

Thus, the property went into foreclosure, and the buyer filed charges for theft of her money in the transaction, I assumed by filing a false police report.

I do know they recently had to close most of their public schools down due to lack of funding and the police and fire department was asking for donations of toiletries and etc.
