People who haven't done it think high travel jobs are like a vacation - they are not.I think your first step should be to decide how much time you have to dedicate to investing, and whether you'll be an active or a passive investor.

Not to mention platforms such as biggerpockets to access a wealth of knowledge to help steer you in the right direction.

I admire that you took the initiative to be hands on and so dedicated to the whole process. 

I have one property in Cleveland and would be planning to stay out-of-state for the next 1-3 years as I learn the ropes on REI-I don't have much saved up currently-I have about 4-6 hours free time for the next year or so that I can dedicate to studying.

Generally if an LO can handle 4 (& you will know by this point) they can handle 5 or 7 assuming their platform supports more than 4.I would call @Andrew Postell.

Zillow is basically and advertising company to sell buyer, seller leads to realtors, not as a Sale Platform. 750 views are mainly because the listing has been "crawled' by other search engines for indexing purposes. little to no customer support.
