You should be going to an attorney and CPA and speaking with both professionals to make sure everything is done correctly from the beginning.I have seen quite a few boilerplate legal agreements from those online websites.. hate to tell you.. they are all terrible.

What does it mean what it says TRUST in front of the home owner name ?
Also when it says OWNERSHIP TYPE:
Ownership Type
Trustee/Conservator ?
Does this mean probate ?

I suggest reading the actual guidelines which you can find online.

I have come across several online sites that charge for such listings.

(example:  you might frint the cost for gas, but then enter into an agreement with the gas company to earn money back as new houses come on line and use gas).

I found and joined BiggerPockets as a Pro member just navigating online, looking for resources to learn, connect and to use the handful of tools they offer.

Later I saw in the Baltimore Sun online a news story about a funeral, and I recalled that limo.

The area is upcoming and near to subways, buses, stores and a major hospital.
