It means a lot to us.This may sound strange, but I would not recommend using your VA entitlement for your first property.There are numerous first time home buyer products out there that will give you a similar benefit (low barrier to entry when it comes to down payment and closing costs) and that will support a multi family property.

@Angeline Rebottaro, I'd recommend leaving wet wipes or cleaning supplies for guests.

I install hard surface flooring (Vinyl plank & Tile) in all high traffic areas and wet areas.By installing carpet in only three bedrooms, the cost is minimal to replace if necessary in the future.
