hindsight is 20/20 of course  along with woulda coulda shoulda.but for me if was selling any of the 5 homes I owned on the SF peninsula that I paid less than 300k each for in the 80s and 90s now 300k in the mid 80s was a tidy sum and that particular house was only 900 sq ft 3 and 1.. but prime palo alto. :)coming out of the deep recession I should have concentrated more on buying lots in Atl and Charleston when they were giving them away.

We are the only ones in the world that have huge houses for the masses. some of the builders in PDX are offering dual living plans right now I am toying with doing one on our Canby community.. being that a lot of the sales in that area are to empty nesters moving away from urban core  or moving off of their small to mid size Willamette valley ranch
