I am looking for ideas on the different mediums to use to buy more investment property like auctions etc.

I'm in the socal area make a medium income and have money saved and invested.

That seems to be really hot and competitive right now.I wasn't really referring to your typical turnkey average priced SFR, however I'm sure that market is hot too right now for medium price range to lower price range homes.  

I think a happy medium might be trying to do a little bit of both.

Within each category, residential, commercial-residential, retail, office, warehouse, then industrial-light, medium, heavy and agricultural as well as public use, recreational, etc. have sub categories.

The old road layouts were abandoned usually due to the width being to narrow (11').

Athens, home of UGA, is not really a suburb of Atlanta, but a medium-sized thriving city in its own right.

My ultimate goal is to buy small to medium size multifamily properties.

Stoked at the same time saddened by my wife and I's behavior with $ leading up to now.Repeat the process a couple times and buy a small multi family. with a large down.Flip a few more and buy another maybe medium size MFrepeat.At some point maybe sell the smaller ones and buy a bigger one.Keep leverage low, cashflow in CA doesnt happen unless you put some down in...Hardest part is that I SEE DEALS while I am in step 1 and 2  that I want to pursue! 

I would like to get into medium size multifamily apartments in my current and/or surrounding countys.
