Hey I'm a newbie that what's to get into buy and hold I'm doing a lot of reading, listening to podcasts, I was wondering if it's a good idea to find REI that are looking for someone that looking for help managing their properties just to get my feet wet, stuff like checking in on properties,trash,rent stuff like that

Hi Wayne, If you want a detailed explanation with examples, then you may want to listen to episode four of our 'Passive Real Estate Investing' podcast titled "Turnkey Real Estate Investing Explained".

I recommend listening to all of the BP PODCAST Interviews on Youtube.  

We have been researching information and listening to the BP podcasts almost non stop and have decided to pull the trigger on a property we were looking at for about a month in Springfield, Mo.

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.
