Hey I'm a newbie that what's to get into buy and hold I'm doing a lot of reading, listening to podcasts, I was wondering if it's a good idea to find REI that are looking for someone that looking for help managing their properties just to get my feet wet, stuff like checking in on properties,trash,rent stuff like that
