If you have an LLC, fees are here : https://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/news/2017/decem....For taxes, it is possible to get a small deduction from the LLC's return via a pass through deduction but the tax law around this is complex and situation specific.

I have been told by the BP staff that my posts will be hidden if I have multiple posts on the main page.The problem with this is my posts are never unhidden and results in very low views of the blogs I write.

Oregon same thing its at 100 but that includes 25 to 40k just for permits.. so really not that bad.. and the terrifs for us just affected lumber so our 20k lumber pack when to 30k for a 2500 sq ft subdivision home with builder grades.450 a foot like what he is talking about I have only really seen that in Palm springs La Quinta big 5000 to 7000 sq ft single levels with top of the line everything and those hidden window walls that are 30 feet wide.

I'm also working with a different ground of partners under a separate LLC and we are looking to put our first property under contract next week.The yearly fee I spoke of above is just for one LLC for the year 2019.

Account Closed I don't think the type of land where the mobile home sits has anything to do with it.Around here, every mobile home I've ever seen is in a park where you pay a monthly rental ranging from the mid-$300s/month to over $800/month for the park fees.
