Septic systems are designed for a particular volume per month, and that volume is based on bedrooms.  

They deal in MFR and use it to handle the large volume of tenants rent collection.

He does high volume. 

Unless you are doing a huge volume, and you have employees, inputting the data can be more trouble than it is worth.

Hi Don,I agree, I think I may be overthinking my current situation and it would be better for me to try the more simple/less expensive property lead channels initially but with greater volume. 

- I think you hit the high points (and low points) of Wholesaling and got across the notion that it is about marketing, first and foremost, and that you need to do a high volume to really be successful.

Flips are interesting for the opportunity to increase a cash basis through focusing on volume.

Often times they will work at a volume discount so it may be worth calling around to find someone in the city you're investing in.

Lenders have almost no volume right now and you should be able to find a lender eager to give better terms. 

Most of our questions are pretty straight forward due deligence type.I have been doing deals with other wholesellers and we do fairly good amount of volume - AND - those companies respond very quickly so this one is kind of strange.
