Largely limited to the Stock Market.I personally think that we need a good, healthy, correction to account for the bull market we've been in since 2009.

In markets where land costs are low and freight traffic is high one can arbitrage the high value of truck parking against the low cost of land and minimal maintenance capex of this model, yielding healthy cash flow.

My understanding is that these areas have healthy and diverse economies, stable populations, and strong rental demand, all of which create high cap rates and above average rental returns.

I used be a general contractor for about 10 years, and because of my health I can't do as much physical labor as I used to.

An inspection may declare it healthy, but I use that term to calculate forward expenses.

A healthy mix of these things should be a good starting point at least from afar.
