And unless California is drastically different than FL (I know it is), out of town isn't really an excuse to not get a signature -- I have access to 3 acceptable e-signature platforms and probably more that I don't know of. 

As of today, we have 0 reviews, 9 days on the platform, have not received our first guests, and have $2,500 in bookings!

Unfortunately, it was a little too late as I had already moved on to a different platform.

As a newcomer in this industry, I was delighted to find this online platform and am eager making meaningful connections with others who share the same passions.

when using Zillow/Redfin, it might be easier to leave messages on those platform where it says to send messages in a text box and send it.
