Transition from SFR to Multifamily

I'm getting to a point where I'm starting to think about making the transition from single family to Multifamily investing. I'm looking for resources that are more specific to MFR that I can use to learn.

What are the differences and similarities to investing in Multifamily over single family? I’m really trying to understand the mechanics of the asset class.

My biggest question is if it's possible to "BRRRR" a Multifamily investment. Or is there a more effective way investing in mulitfamily? If so, what are the similarities and differences?

Hi all this is Swanny,

First thing listen to Podcast 238 where I was a guest and then read my all time favorite that I use today still in repositioning my 238 units presently.  That book is Multifamily Millions by David Lindahl.  It is a phenomenal road map to follow as you transition to true Multifamily.  Also, go to my profile or message me or call me.  I love this stuff!!
