A lot of states have a property tax assessors web sites where you can put in the address and it will give you the tax information.

The fundamental service the wholesaler brings you is the negotiated and structured deal.

But they're not always published on their web site and there are sometimes delays in them getting the data out.

They are losing money hand over fist in these Class D neighborhoods.Anyway, if you're ever near to xyz MSA I'd be happy to grab coffee and talk shop sometime.You should know that the subject MSA he practices in is the only one in Ohio whereby fundamentals are truly good, both relative to income and demographics, and even there $30k houses fundamentally do not work...I've written a number of articles on the subject for the BP Blog - feel free to look them up.

There is a $99 course on the PPR Note web site that I'm considering taking. 

One of my friends swears by rent.com but it costs and I've had poor quality applicants from it.If it's near Fitzsimmons then there is a web site for student housing you can list on from CU.
