I can see an advantage to having a full service place vs a simple room.

Overall, going with an independent insurance agent will mean they will shop for the best price available… whereas if you called a singular insurer… say Progressive or whomever….

If you jump to service minor issues for a tenant like this it often just leads to them doing it more and more.
