The real key to better ROI is buying in markets that are growing.

Being able to pull the trigger once the numbers make sense is a skill and being indecisive will be a big hindrance on growing...I personally won't work with clients that are gun shy on pulling the trigger. 

Millennials are the biggest demographic cohort ever, and they are just entering prime home-buying age. 

Long responses are cut and paste or AI so I wouldn't count it toward your journey.If you ever think "this is too good to be true", it always is.

Now I am investing in the US and a few of them have offered to lend me money at a set interest rate that I will use to grow my US real estate portfolio.  

A lot of buyers screw up majorly in my experience, some without even ever realizing it.
