At the very least, we can start/ sign online petitions, we can talk to elected officials, get media attention, or perhaps form a landlord union….… I know one thing, unity/ number of our landlord community members would matter… Unless some platform like this already exists, I can start consolidating landlord database for NJ.

Their position is it's your mess, why should they make special procedures if it's your fault for making your own process that complicated.And the added charges with fines meant the tax bills that my mortgage company charges me for, and pay out of escrow to cover, did not escrow enough and I get notices that monthly payments will be increased.

But there is a rule on 750 hours in real estate activities that they materially participate AND 50% or more of your material participation in all businesses, along with material participation (subject to a grouping election for rental real estate).
