I was hacked through a sim swap (never lost my phone) and 50k was taken from inside banks at Chase on 4 different withdrawal, on video, by someone who also added themselves to my account (Chase let them), all without ever getting a phone call.

Adding a video tour helps also- this allows would be applicants to "tour" the home that are not local or not in a position to see in person at the time.

I'm watching this video and he mentions a couple of reference documents, one of which is a 5-6 page checklist for room to room.

I'm not trying to be mean so please dont get mad, but seems like you need to also watch youtube videos and read the forums more.
