Not sure if it will pass or not as it will also raise taxes, but if it passes then look for even more growth near the new light rail transit hubs - especially for those millennials!   

I am interested in investing either in my own neck of the woods (Metrowest Boston) or some of the pre-tipping point growth areas in other states (Orlando FL, etc).

In tight markets, this can even drive up prices, only to have the rate settle back down anyway.  

Stick close to home but maybe a couple hours driving distance.

Offer a service (e.g. you drive and buy the food) while they check properties and run the numbers. 

Then do your own driving for dollars and utilice the things that get to know the market and then determine your income!  

Try not to purchase homes on busy streets unless they have parking in rear or a turn-around drive-way.

Got this one yesterday for my STUDIO honeymoon cabin:2 stars“Feel where this house is all one room no privacy”'Cause, y'know, studios are so known for their multiple rooms...Other complaints in his private remarks included getting lost on the way to the cabin... when I provide explicit directions and clearly state in the check-in email that it's up a private drive that doesn't appear on GPS.  

Great growth opportunity and the city itself is seeing the revitalization and growth many other mid-size American cities have seen over the past few years.Some turnkey companies will offer properties in the 50s and 60s in the Dayton area.

From there you need to get Realtors or local folks to drive by the property and give their synopsis of it.
