There are plenty of tertiary markets out there that could yield you the best possible cash-flows and safety, unlike primary markets.

Ive done plenty of research and I even think Ive found a few leads.

That way, people could order food/drinks if they wanted--especially since it's held right in the middle of the dinner hour.

There are plenty of cities that are not fond of this law and will be doing everything they can to fight it, but as it sits that is the law.

I would disagree with @Ronald Isgate (I do respect your opinion though I've seen you on here plenty and know you are a knowledgable source) in that there are a number of hard money lenders who now have long-term products.
