Shouldn't take longer than a few minutes right on the computer.

It's so much better in person that on a computer screen. 

Thanks for the input guys.After posting last night, I realized that I had made a mistake in the "equity" that I was using to compute the return.  

Its kind of hard to give that info over a computer, your best bet is speak with your agent, ask whats hot in the market right now, what colors are in, in the form of flooring, tile kitchens so.

Do you really think the guy in California who's seen your name on his computer screen a few times and had a couple telephone conversations with you is really going to be there for you if you need something on a Sunday night?

I am able to work you through the entire process so long as you have a skype account and a computer with printer. 

I have not discounted it all together, still on the table, but more of a last resort for me.In regards to changing position/fields...I have an associates degree in automotive trchnology, and two bachelors degrees, one in Business Administration, and the other in Computer Science....I've applied to more jobs than I can count.

Your computer might need a good cleaning.  

I met a great landlord, my wife fell in love with the house, we put a deposit down sight unseen with just a video walk through and moved in a few weeks ago.Things were looking up but when I plugged my computer equipment into the office they triggered that the outlet while 3 prong wasn't grounded.
