Hello all,

I would like to form some kind of a template for property that I'm fixing up.

I'm far from been an expert and I have no idea how to design a house.

I'm looking for someone that will help me with that, help me to pick colors, tiles, kitchen, lightning, windows and more and more.

when i form these templates, i can just send them to the contractor for smooth and easy execution.

I know that most of the things can be found online, so it basically will be online shopping.

Any advise ?
