Hi Bill,Lot going on there and without the numbers of the investment, there are 2 things I would be mindful of.1 - Buying an investment that takes daily management when you are so far away.

Take the year to read BiggerPockets daily, talk to friends about their real estate investments, do your research on you tube where there is a ton of great and free tools and learnings shared by successful real estate investors, like David Green of Bigger pockets, Michael Zuber of One rental at a time and others.

UBI (Universal Basic Income) is coming and it will be used for food and shelter only.

Often things end up on craigslist because they are on their last leg and I wouldn't want to take that risk considering I don't want the call stating that a fridge is out and all the tenants food is ruined.
