i know a lot of people will disagree with this but if it were me I'd be cool with having the paid off primary house and saving up for a investment property.

I would need to know the team quite well and how they've performed on all of those previous developments.It would be super cool to have a luxury investment producing cash flow in France or Italy, but you can make much more than 8% passively elsewhere.

You can do some cool things that you won't ever be able to do on the outside.

Often it has a plastic button on top that you can push to close the contacts, even when the thermostat inside the house is not calling for cool.
