I suggest you learn the business first (which a license will NOT prepare you to do) before tackling more sophisticated principals.I will be selling one of my probate properties, which happens to be in RC, in several months however my agent gas been selected as he is an expert in selling properties requiring court confirmation.The best ROI you'll ever get is from continuing your education. 

Ok, so i have been educating myself on real estate investing for a little over a while now.

If you really want to earn a living as an agent, you need to get with a good broker and get the education.

Obviously you wouldn't be able to get accurate market analysis to make comparisons, especially if the samples are completely fictitious, but some general reference points should be enough to make an educated decision on whether a deal is feasible or not. 

I'm very educated and confident about RE and the concepts.

The Commission should take immediate intermediary steps to begin to address issues regarding the regulation of intetmediaries in small business capital formation transactions incrementally instead of waiting until development of a comprehensive solution.This would be a very big deal for the crowdfunding industry if it was adopted.  

The REI education school I'm connected with has a two-day on-line tax and legal class which only breaks the surface - the tax code is many thousands of pages!

If someone has no money and wants a free education do not depend on brokers for that.

I am non-stop reading and educating myself with this but can't seem to find the best answer, please help!
