You are paying them if the place is vacant so you could see real quick if someone is living there from the energy spike.

@Vivek Desai it really depends if you have the energy to maintain the exterior of the home - if not, then a condo/townhome would be a pretty good option if the complex allows rentals (have your real estate professional check this for you).

@Robert Burns Hey, I see its been a while and no one chimed in on either product, which one did you choose and how’s it working out so far?

So far it hasn’t hurt me with excessive vacancy periods and I really don’t put much time and energy into maintenance since they are doing their part.
