If it's a national tenant that has a high end and specific layout and finish they might only do a brand new ground up building.

I closed down 1 company and started another and the bank wouldn't even refinance my truck to put it in the new LLC's name without 2 years of returns from the brand new LLC

Hypothetically speaking, if I had 20 different properties that I did short term rentals with, is there the potential to create a personal branded website where people could book my rentals directly from my website?

The bigger brands have lots of red tape and processes they follow.

Brand new kitchen and bathrooms.

No off brand equipment, Goodman & Payne are two reliable, budget friendly brands.
