I have been looking on YouTube a lot but I cannot find a seriously thorough analysis on a large apartment Complex.

I have a YouTube channel on my profile with several videos if you want to get visuals on my house.Although I'm not nearly out of the woods yet (can't even see any damn light at the end of the tunnel), it hasn't stopped me from looking beyond to the next deal.

The seller and his wife googled my name that night and found a random video of me on youtube.

I have studied books, listen to BP podcast for many many years, watched RE related YouTube videos to educate myself and attended few seminars etc but I’m getting stuck finding the right property.

I say 20% equity bc loans that have less then 20% equity require PMI and a 2nd mortgage at a higher interest rate.If you didn’t understand the concepts or terms I used the next step is google and you tube them until you have a good grasp.
