I have marketed a couple of rentals for my sister company and it was really an eye opener to see how many applicants have bad credit and can't qualify (unless they can put down 2x the deposit - and most CAN'T). 

I owned 30 or so rental units in Rochester, NY and my electrician had a sister that lived in Sarasota.

My sister is up there - she lives in Biddeford if I am remembering correctly.

Last week, my older sister highly recommended me to buy a house.

Again I would ask these frauds: would YOU like someone pulling that garbage on your mother, sister, brother, friends..or would you be made at someone else for their dishonesty.

@Michael Fedun So my partner is actually my sister-in-laws husband, who also lives in one of the units.

They are related but it's more like cousins, not brother and sister.

I’ve never assumed they didn’t want to sell but that’s a great idea because out of 500+ calls I’ve spoken to maybe 200 ppl (the rest Voicemail’s) and I’ve received: 1 yes i want to sell but we have to relocated my disabled sister first 3-5 “I will take $x.xx” One was a retail number and the rest were 500+ k over what they probably found on Zillow 5 angry ppl 188 no I don’t want to sell or buy anymore.
