@Wayne Brooks my aunt and uncle are druggies and think because I have bought more that I’m rich and can offered to buy their junk for way to much money.

A quick read is a good idea to become conversant, but you will really learn the most by getting on the phone and speaking with a few professionals in the field.

I want to do my due diligence, but I also want to grab the deal quick.
