I've been very proactive on communicating with my agent and lender, so haven't had too much trouble there, but I know some things could have been handled faster given face to face meetings.

Keep the phone lines open and communicate with your investors and lenders, even if things are turning on you.

I have attempted to communicate with the tenant and they have failed to both respond to my text or answer my calls.

For managing tenants we have our own systems and processes and for communication we use a separate email, but more often than not, we text the tenants using google voice.

This month they have not paid their rent nor have they responded to any of our attempts of communication regarding late rent or the possible issues for tenants surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.

They are absolutely the worst communicators I've ever dealt with in the real estate investing business.

As we have already met and signed the lease the remaining information and steps will also be communicated via email.
