I have researched county records and found the child support judgement from many years ago with no corresponding release of judgement.Well, title companies will probably not provide you with an escrow, nor issue you a title insurance policy, if it's an auction. 

Just get an umbrella policy if your concerned.

Just curious, why did you get such a high deductible instead of getting a lower deductible policy and waiting for a hailstorm before replacing?

Some others just use an umbrella policy because it covers them in a better way (legality) than LLCs, some others choose to have both LLC and an Umbrella policy.

Banks have their policies on minimum DP;  private lenders can do what they want and set their own minimums...I recently funded a purchase for my Mom.

We currently take out a policy for each individual unit and the costs have added up quickly! 

Full time residents have been getting positions on HOA board and starting to drive their will in such policies.  

If they are VERY professional, they will have their processes in writing as verification that policies are enforced equally and fairly by their entire staff.6.

@Adriel Cisneros the only place I really run into this calculation is when I get an insurance policy.

Some branches initially said 'no third party deposits', but that was a training issue, not actual policy.
