(assuming fixer limitations from my loans)“North” vs “South” of the blvd as far as investment outlook?

I was running monthly meet-ups in the south shore prior to this pandemic and we are planning a zoom meeting next week, it may be beneficial if you're able to jump in on it.Another area you may want to consider would be Attleboro and North Attleboro.

Would you happen to know if fractionalized loans are legal in North Carolina?

My office is a block north of Walgreens.

Also I own a few properties in the area, two in Coralville and one in North Liberty.

I'm hoping to house hack my condo asap. Originally, I planned to live in my basement and rent out the top two floors... I hired a guy to oversee the basement work, and it turns out he never got permits or inspections ...
