North Raleigh Contractor needed to finish Basement Upfit
I'm hoping to house hack my condo asap. Originally, I planned to live in my basement and rent out the top two floors... I hired a guy to oversee the basement work, and it turns out he never got permits or inspections done like he told me. The project is almost halfway done...but may need some minor improvement to the existing condition.
Basically, the framing, electric, HVAC extensions, and plumbing are mostly done. The sheet rock went up, but hasn't been mudded...parts need to come down to place firewall protection.
I'm looking for individuals or a team that can help me get permits and finish the work.
