Hello everyone,I have been given 15 day extension to show an effort to do repairs on a large SFH that now has a unlawful detainer/former tenant who has been found subleasing, damaging the property and preventing contractors from entering.

Do you have any experience with construction of a STVR as it relates to claiming material participation while acting as co project manager?

Cash flow from investment properties is icing to me, not a replacement ever.

Would a DST work to defer taxes on ordinary income from say flipping properties and using the trust to invest in more properties?
