Thankfully these churches would like to have another revenue source and we often find the developments to be very complimentary for the church.All these churches would be open to selling the land/groundlease/JV depending on the developers goals and needs along with the specific church.I have a church in Fort Worth, T.X. that has 3.14 acres that they are looking at putting a 100 unit senior living/multifamily property (3 stories).

And back in 2012 or so before I found BP I used to post on the Australian version of BP  and there was an out of country forum and raging debates on what was better Texas because prices did not fall or ATL because they did fall 50 to 80% in some areas or FLA like fort Meyers.

I currently own one SF rental in the Fort Myers area, and although it is doing very well, the home prices have risen substantially over the last few years steering me away from new acquisitions in that area for now.I will be flying into Jacksonville the first full week of December and am looking for an investor friendly agent, and also property managers.
