Looking to start putting my thoughts to action and start my path to financial freedom.

I believe it is a proven path to financial freedom that almost everyone can achieve. 

Sounds like you're already headed in the right direction, taking action!

Any sub-lease activity would ONLY be to a traveling professional vetted by myself, a fellow owner and investor, and there would be financial upside above market rents for any willing owner.

Maybe thats the move and then you can wholesale whatever you want.Are you a people person that just loves breakfast, lunch  and dinner meetings and is a 'connector' you can bring people together and get a piece of the action if done correctly by all parties.

It's the starting point to becoming financially free, and out of the "rat race". 

My husband and I are finding ourselves in a similar position and are not sure what the best course of action should be.  

Obviously this wasn't a wholesale deal, but when someone is a licensed agent, they have to remember who they're representing and the possible conflict of interest their action poses.
