I'm just not a huge fan of writing post cards and dropping by my preferred clients' houses all the time so I don't really ascribe to it.A lot of what you all wrote could be done digitally as well.

This being said, our company uses Rently to show properties a digital lockbox service, this has seen a sharp increase in showings in recent weeks.  

They also offer digital lease signing built-in to the system which is nice.

The max for quad is quite high in San Diego (7 digits).

Being part of this community and meeting the startups that keep popping up around it, I'm looking at some really exciting opportunities for real estate development supporting digital nomads.
