Any closing attorney can draft a note/deed/settlement statement, but unless they've had to argue in court to defend or oppose these documents in court, they may not have enough perspective.

Courts in California are not owner friendly when a lawsuit occurs and tend to lean toward the tenant.

@Tanner Thoman  depending on what you do its really pretty good to have.I befriended a client from Hawaii.. turned out they had 5 mil in cash in an exchange from a sale of a vegas apartment complex ( they sold at the exact right time  06)..
