I’m willing to work after work and even on the weekends.

@Jay Hinrichs nope, was a Christmas tree farm when we acquired it 25+ years ago so they were all pretty big now.

I am hoping to paint it in 3 days over the weekend starting at 7 and paint till 7.

Will be out there again the last weekend of the October.

Weekends are fair game but I’d wait until noon on a Sunday.

(This is what I started doing on the side from my full time job, so just dabble with it during the weekends)I have multiple pictures of everything if anyone happens to want to see them. 

I also listen to "At Home with Gary Sullivan" on the weekend.

I highly recommend getting a good training course that walks you through all the steps and how tos and includes good contracts.Two I recommend at MAREI areTom Zeebs Rapid Cash Generation Course - we were selling it this past weekend at MAREI with a discountVena Jones Cox - Goddesses Guide to Wholesaling - I am sure she will be selling it at the OREIA convention in October, she does not usually sell it online, but through local Real Estate Investor Groups.

Our goal with this first trip is to network and build our Core 4, as well as see some potential properties if we have time.This will be a weekend trip, coming in on Friday the 6th and leaving on Sunday the 8th.
